Peter is an psychologist with considerable experience within change management, with a special emphasis on leadership, people and culture. He has worked as a coach, advisor and process consultant in connection with organisational, strategic and technological changes in Scandinavia, Britain and Spain. Peter speaks English, Swedish and Danish fluently.


Jacob Høy Nielsen

Jacob has extensive experience within management, sales excellence, Business Development and Change Management in midsize and large corporations across several industries in the Nordic Region. During the last 10 years he has supported management and HR executing sensitive and complex change and transition processes.


Morten Falck Larsen

Morten has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, change management and Strategy Execution. Morten is a qualified medical doctor and has a background as managing director of several medium-sized Danish companies. He has successfully built companies and organizations with a leadership style charaterised by coaching, openness and motivation.


Ulrik Kerff Tjellesen

Ulrik is an energetic, dedicated and focused entrepreneur. He has for the last 20 years worked in the IT industry developing, marketing and selling software solutions to large companies in the global market place. Ulrik has extensive experience setting up reseller and partner networks, SaaS business models and developing and executing strategies.
