Step 2: Set up your team(s)

Immediately after signup, you get a welcome e-mail with login information. You can use this to log into the Teamstowork Cockpit and create your teams, and invite your team members.

Step 3: Complete your TeamQ Indicator™ questionnaire

As soon as a member has been invited to your organisation in the Cockpit, he or she will receive a welcome e-mail with a unique link
to the TeamQ Indicator questionnaire. This takes approximately
15 minutes to complete.

Step 4: Get your results, and plan your improvement

As soon as everyone in your team has completed the TeamQ Indicator, our solution will provide suggested actions to increase the team’s likelihood for success.
Use this input to create improvement plans, including follow-up frequency, directly in the Cockpit. Our solution will remind (via e-mail notifications) team members to evaluate traction and progress in the team.
